Woolworths NetSetGo is Australia’s leading grassroots netball program, designed for children aged 5-10 to experience the joy of netball in a fun, safe, and welcoming community.

The Waverley Netball Centre is proud to have the continued support of Advara Heart Care in promoting our NetSetGO program and sponsoring the Coaches.

 

Waverley Netball Centre and Waverley Night Netball Association run two NetSetGO seasons a year:

- Autumn starts in February

- Spring starts in July.

Tuesday @ 4.00pm & 5.00pm - starting 29th July

Friday @ 4.00pm - starting 25th July

DETAILED INFORMATION

 

PROGRAMS:

5 - 7 Years: NET Skills & Activities Program (Tuesday & Friday)

• Participants must turn 5 prior to enrolling.

• The NET Skills & Activities program is designed to develop the movement and motor skills of participants whilst using specially designed equipment.

• Sessions are structured into fun games, activities are aimed at learning and developing movement (run, jump, etc.); hand eye coordination.

7 - 10 Years: SET Skills & Competition Program (Tuesday & Friday)

• SET Skills & Competition is a skills development program and a modified game, which enables children to learn skills and court positions.

• The sessions will start with a warm-up and learning skills and ball drills., which will build to 30 minutes of gameplay.
